if you want something easy to use to fill up difficult converter. Since it can be almost take out all the parts, it makes cleaning it up relatively easy task, the syringe part could use some bit of extra work as it is relatively easy to it fall out due to the pressure during cleaning but that aside, it's pretty good for the price and does a wonderful tool when need to get the last drop of ink in a bottle or workaround some issues of less well designed converters
