Pretty Eegee Shelley grow hair fashion doll, a 1960s Tressy or Tammy knock-off doll. She has a couple of issues. There's a tear at her back right shoulder and a piece of her hair is shorter than the others.
Grow hair feature works, but not as well as when new. See last 3 photos which show how short the hair will go when string is pulled.
She is approx 12" in height.  Her outfit is homemade.  Limbs are tight and easily will hold a pose. She has a slight musty odor as does her clothing.
